Constitutive General Assembly
Official founding of Associação Chiandanda, at the Mediateca 07 de Agosto (Largo das Escolas), with approval of the founding documents by the Installation Committee and an opening address by the Patriarch, Rev. Bishop Manuel João Eduardo.
Health fairs
Muceque Cariapuco, municipality of Quiçama
Health fairs held in the locality of Muceque Cariapuco, Icolo e Bengo province, seeing around 600 residents from the municipality and surrounding areas.
Baseline survey
Agro-pastoral and fishing potential of the Cuanza Corridor
Initial phase of a survey on the agro-pastoral and fishing potential of the Cuanza Corridor region, with the participation of around 200 small-scale farmers and fishers.

International Conference on the Cuanza Corridor
International gathering in Catete, bringing together experts from Angola, Portugal, Brazil, the Netherlands and the United States of America around the history, culture, economy and tourism of the Cuanza Corridor.

Health education fairs and talks
Health education fairs and talks held in various localities across the Cuanza Corridor.

Civic and patriotic education
Talks on civic and patriotic education aimed at the riverside communities of the Cuanza.

Construction of a school and a health post, and reconstruction of a Catholic Church chapel, in the locality of Caloje, municipality of Quiçama.

Literary work on the Chiandanda Clan's resistance
Publication of a work on the participation of the Chiandanda Clan and the peoples of the Cuanza Corridor in the resistance to colonialism and the slave trade.

Completion of the agro-pastoral and fishing survey
Completion of the survey on the agro-pastoral and fishing potential of the Cuanza Corridor region, launched with the participation of small-scale farmers and fishers.

Participation in civic and social campaigns
Active participation in public and private civic initiatives and campaigns — vaccination drives, civic, health and environmental education, vocational training and job creation, with an emphasis on young people and women.
